VSCODE Creating Root Level Files or Folders In VsCode

Creating a root-level file or folder in vscode can be inconveniencing especially when your file tree in view is complex or is deeply nested.

What I mean by a root-level file or folder in vscode is a file or folder that isn’t nested in your workspace.
